Do not know the back ground but this link BBC Leicester - Significant restoration for canal was removed from the external links section. May be it can be used for a reference and for expanding the restoration section as it is a BBC link so would be classed as reliable. Keith D ( talk) 21:33, 9 November 2009 (UTC)
