Could this possibly be a page of notability. One does get Google hits from this. Might just need merging with articles about peppers. -

A Google search on "Anaheim pepper" returns
626,000 results. A search on "Anaheim.pepper" returns
12,300 results, so I'm not sure why you are getting no results. There doesn't seem to be any doubt that these are real peppers. As for
notability, I don't see any reason why we shouldn't have an article on this pepper. Can you explain why you believe it may not be notable?

An error on my part. Though it was another meaningless page (as the creator had made past articles of unnotable importance). And since my culinary knowledge is limited to what fits in microwaves, I accidentally put bias into this. But since it is a notable article after all, I'll stop messing with it. -

Species
It's a member of the species Capsicum annuum, isn't it? If so, this should be added.

Plant vs Fruit
I have a package of
BurpeeAll Alarm Hot Pepper Mix (
UPC 0-41530-65016-7) that I'm growing. It would be very useful if this article would have more information regarding the Anaheim plant itself and not just the fruit. Christopher, Salem, OR (

Oddly enough, I would like MORE information about the fruit. How large is the average? Would these make good peppers for stuffing? Or more of the pickling/canning variety? Searching the internet, I find the description of the fruit varies from "very mild" to "moderately hot." I assume this is a subjective measurement?
A paragraph or two about diseases would also be useful, in addition to some remarks about it's growth habit. Searching the internet, I find the description of the fruit varies from "very mild" to "moderately hot." I assume this is a subjective measurement? — Preceding

I too would like to know the size, especially if someone who grows them can take a picture of the pepper coupled with a ruler. :-)
