This page should not be speedily deleted because the subject meets
WP:PERPETRATOR, a factor that was not considered in the AfD. Also, the article isn't eligible for CSD G4 as the current page has been expanded since its previous deletion. -

Potential bias
The tone of this article is a bit off to me, with a few quotes where this guy is talking about things like a ‘witch hunt’ against him and the claim that he’s ‘anti-establishment’ - a nebulous term at best. It’s worth noting that this man is noted mostly for his criminal offences, not his broadcasting career and certainly not a YouTube channel he subsequently set up.

Severity of sentence
Five years imprisonment for stalking seems excessive. Is there a reason for this severity which should be in the article?

The maximum penalty for a single count of stalking has been ramped up in previous years (it only became a criminal offence in 2012 with a maximum term of five years, and this was increased to ten years in 2017), and he was convicted on four counts, so probably not.
This guy got 9 years, and you can find multiple examples of people getting 1-3 year terms for single counts.
