In that case, maybe this page and the other one should be organized by rail system instead (
Akaike Station (Nagaragawa Railway) for the other similarly-named station).

Japanese train systems are obviously more complicated than a new single-line system in Texas. Not a very good reference point, in my view.

This station is not in Nagoya City. If using the name of city, it should be named as
Akaike Station (Nisshin). I think many people don’t know where this city is.--

Support: Standard policy for disambiguation is to use Prefecture > City > Ward. This station is in Aichi Prefecture, and is not even in the city of Nagoya, so the choice of "Nagoya" is totally incorrect. --
