Why remove the LCCs? Surely Southwest Airlines and Jet Blue are relevant. Kitplane01 ( talk) 05:51, 26 September 2011 (UTC)
Can anyone suggest where these market share numbers come from. It should be cited.
Kitplane01 ( talk) 06:35, 1 December 2008 (UTC)
I removed this paragraph, as it contradicts not only the previous paragraph, but also the data in the table, where "market share" and "Passengers per year" are very closely proportional.

Can someone explain the difference between South America and Latin America as both referred to in the `Oneworld` table as weakness and strength respectively.-- Evomutant 16:00, 28 May 2006 (UTC)
I don't know how to do it, but could someone please add Australia domestic as a weakness for Star Alliance. Air NZ, Singapore Airlines, and Thai connect to most Australian cities for International flights, but there is no Star Alliance domestic service since the collapse of Ansett Australia in 2001.
Hi, just visited this page a saw that Aer Lingus was missing from the OneWorld listing - so I popped it in there. Kind regards, -- pconlon 12:46, 14 Jan 2008 (UTC)
The table of Information, showing who is a member of what alliance and what they serve is WRONG. it says India is fine with Skyteam flights with Continental (a few flights from Newark) and KLM flights, even though other Skyteam airlines fly there and it is a weakness for oneworld who would have a similar number of flights. Goldwing 5000 ( talk) 10:37, 22 June 2008 (UTC)
Continental is also leaving Skyteam after this year to join One World. It's been publicized in the newspapers in Detroit. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 68.61.35.36 ( talk) 23:31, 23 June 2008 (UTC)
WHERE DOES THE DATA IN THE TABLE FOR "REST OF INDUSTRY" come from. What is market share based on??? Please source and put a note explaining —Preceding unsigned comment added by 139.149.31.230 ( talk) 16:26, 3 August 2009 (UTC)
On what basis are the airlines under "Rest of Industry" selected? - Someone just added WestJet, and I am wondering whether there is a justification for this, or should everyone simply add their favourite airline? -- SmilingBoy ( talk) 22:57, 13 August 2009 (UTC)
The image in the lower right of the page, captioned "Airline Alliance Market", is very out-dated (it's from 2008). Maybe better to remove it? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 200.116.71.229 ( talk) 17:27, 13 March 2013 (UTC)
Following the merger of US Airways and American Airlines, US Airways will move to One World
Please do not put Air India as a current member. The airline will officially join Star Alliance on 11 July 2014 according to official press releases. The airline only had its membership approved by the alliance on June 24, 2014. Also, Star Alliance's website does not list Air India as a member airline according to http://www.staralliance.com/en/about/member_airlines/ yet (not until 11 July). So therefore, it is a still a future member joining on 11 July 2014. 68.119.73.36 ( talk) 03:45, 3 July 2014 (UTC)

This list will always be incomplete : with 1,402 airlines in the world and 79 airlines in alliances, there is 1323 airlines off alliances. So, I propose to suppress this section.-- Marc Lacoste ( talk) 12:20, 5 April 2017 (UTC)
