This article appears to fail Notability tests. It was a small open source project that attracted some attention 20 years ago when new, but which was never adopted widely. Wikipedia does not need to catalog every software library every created. Is there any evidence that this was really used? All I can find are old articles suggesting it could become the next big thing. Seems to me this should just be folded into Mobile agent. —dgies t c 19:27, 3 November 2022 (UTC)
