I've removed some content that came up as having been taken from elsewhere. It looks like these are official descriptions of what the court does, however I'm not entirely certain. If someone wants to delete the history then I'll defer to them, however this is a relatively small part of the article and I'm not sure if this is in the public domain or not, as it looks like content that was taken from the court itself.
