Not that I can find. Information for 1996-1999 is fairly sparse as well, since he wasn't competing in any of the major promotions. ♥

Is there any family information or similar out there? There's very little personal life info aside from the drug issues.
Unfortunately not. Since the drug problems are well-known, that's what all interviews/mentions of him tend to focus on. Everybody loves a screw-up. ♥
