Support, but is "Balkans" the correct usage? or should it be "Balkan"? Either way, a better title than the current one.

Comment This has clearly expanded beyond the Balkan region after the storm affected Libya (and Egypt, to a lesser extent). Should this be merged with the Storm Daniel article instead (as the flooding in Greece, Turkey and Bulgaria are now covered in the said article)?

Merging sounds reasonable to me. I would support it (unless there's going to be enough info to warrant a fork in the future).

I would also support a merge here -- if we didn't merge, I would go with something similar to
Effects of Hurricane Harvey in Texas, but I don't think the Balkans-specific effects are sufficiently notable to warrant a separate article like that.
