Do the irregularities affecting the presidential vote tally also affect the other contests or do those still stand only because they haven't been challenged in court?---- Bancki ( talk) 09:41, 5 September 2017 (UTC)
In addition to the presidential election petition, there were over 300 election petitions for the five other elective seats. Of those only a small fraction, like less than ten percent, resulted in overturning election results. This was one of the major criticisms of the Supreme Court nullification of the presidential election – how could it be that the IEBC (electoral management body) could fail so dismally at the presidential election, yet lower courts found nothing wrong with elections for other seats, when elections for all six elective seats were conducted on the same day, at the same polling stations, by the same poll agency.
The elections were for six elective seats. This wikipedia article includes: President, Senate, National Assembly (MPs), and Governors. It is missing Woman Representative (of National Assembly) and Members of County Assemblies (MCAs). — Preceding unsigned comment added by 2602:302:D154:79A0:3531:A40B:6701:8EF3 ( talk) 03:19, 8 March 2020 (UTC)
