Due to a lack of sources to establish independent notability for John C. McIntosh, I propose that the entirety of the article (one sentence) be merged into an appropriate section in this article. I can find no non-trivial sources that would help expand the McIntosh article into a full, neutral biography on this individual and no evidence that WP:BIO1E does not apply here.
