Discovery of nuclear fission
Hahn's experiments unambiguously detecting fission products and his conclusion that nuclei were "bursting" were primary in place and time to Frisch's and Meitner's collaboration. Ordering the participants in this way is logical.

Diamond did not coin the phrase and there is no cite for this claim. It was in use for decades, e.g., by Malcolm H. Kerr in "The Middle East Conflict" (1968) p.16.

Wigner effect
Existing Citation does not use the expression "Wigner's release" but the term "Wigner's disease." More importantly, the "release" is related to procedures to mitigate the effect but is not the effect itself.
