Two bad articles, both poorly sourced, and signficantly redundant. This is an important issue right now. We need to get this right.

Mechanical ventilation
Only the RIsk and History sections are reliably sourced—the rest of this article is an utter mess. What I did today was purely archtecturally, reorganising a bit to group similar content, so the bold redactive editing can be efficient. For instance, theory-type calculations—all unsourced—are now all grouped under Theory (hopefully, to be removed). Likewise the various appearances of material on positive- and negative- pressure types were moved together from disparate points in the article.
