Sheila Chelangat (born 11 April 1998) is a Kenyan long-distance runner. [1] She won the bronze medal in the 3000m at the 2015 World Youth Championships in Athletics, [1] but experienced injuries and loss of form in the following years. [2]
Chelangat won the Kenyan national cross country championship in 2020 and 2021. [3] [4] She trains in Kericho, coached by Gabriel Kiptanui. [2]
She qualified to represent Kenya at the 2020 Summer Olympics. [5]
