Shahrak-e Shahid Kashvari ( Persian: شهرك شهيدكشوري) [a] is a village in, and the capital of, Keshvari Rural District of the Central District of Ilam County, Ilam province, Iran. [3] The village is populated by Kurds. [4]
At the 2006 National Census, its population was 3,749 in 819 households, when it was in Deh Pain Rural District. [5] The following census in 2011 counted 4,895 people in 1,244 households. [6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 5,092 people in 1,440 households, by which time the village was in the newly formed Keshvari Rural District. [3] It was the most populous village in its rural district. [2]
