Sean Hornbuckle (born September 2, 1985) is an American politician who has served in the West Virginia House of Delegates from the 16th district since 2014. [1] [2] [3] In 2023, Hornbuckle was elected Minority Leader of the House of Delegates after his predecessor, Doug Skaff, stepped down from the post. [4]
