Initially focusing on test preparation courses and university application support in Japan, the organization gradually expanded its presence by establishing offices and language centers in various countries, including the UK, China, India, Nigeria, and Turkey. [15]

The company sold a partial stake to Averna Capital with Dwayne Gallagher and Orion Judge retaining a significant stake and continuing to lead the company. [16] [3]
