The Diocese of Milos or Diocese of Melos (
Latin : Dioecesis Milensis ) was a Roman Catholic diocese located on the volcanic
Greek
island of
Milos in the
Aegean Sea , just north of the
Sea of Crete . In 1700, it was suppressed.
