The Roman Catholic Diocese of Caxias do Maranhão ( Latin: Dioecesis Caxiensis in Maragnano) is a suffragan Latin diocese in the ecclesiastical province of the Metropolitan of São Luís do Maranhão in northeastern Brazil.

Its cathedral episcopal see is Catedral de Nossa Senhora dos Remédios, dedicated to the Virgin of Los Remedios, in the city of Caxias (do Maranhão), in Maranhão state.
