Dr. Green taught real estate finance and economics courses from 1990-2002 at the
University of Wisconsin–Madison, where he was Wangard Faculty Scholar and Chair of Real Estate and Urban Land Economics.
From 2002-2003, he was principal economist and director of financial strategy and policy analysis at the
Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation, also known as Freddie Mac.
