Reuben Mtolo Phiri is a Zambian politician. [1] [2] [3] He is the current Minister of Agriculture of Zambia and a member of parliament for Chipata Central. [4] He is a member of the United Party for National Development (UPND). [4] He was born on 11 November 1964. [1]
