Psydrax obovatus is a
species of
flowering plant in the

Rubiaceae. It is a shrub or tree native to southern Africa, where it ranges from the
Cape Provinces to
KwaZulu-Natal, the
Northern Provinces,
Mozambique, and
Zimbabwe.
