Pigbird is a 1981 animated short film directed by Richard Condie.

The film was cooperated by now defunct Canadian Pacific Airlines, which at the time was originally called CP Air, and shown by Revenue Canada. [1] The animated film is a PSA for customs.

Plot

The plot tells the story of a citizen trying to sneak in an exotic creature, and then the customs person says that they can't bring in the creature. So they give it to someone else. Only to find out that the creature has been infected with insects inside his fur, and then the insects invade the city.
