Phillip Pratt (born May 12, 1955) is an American politician who has served in the Kentucky House of Representatives from the 62nd district since 2017. [1] [2] He is a Republican.
Pratt introduced House Bill 500 in the state of Kentucky; this gives workers in the state of Kentucky less rights and protections and also no longer requires employers to give employees lunch or breaks during the work day. Pratt is not seeking reelection in 2024.
Phillip Pratt graduated from the University of Kentucky College of Law.
