History

Permacharts was founded in 1980 ^[2] by Carmine Bello. He is also noted as an author with a number of literary works to his name. ^[3] Clearkote Slotted Hinge, a proprietary process which is used in the production line of the Permachart was developed by Bello. Permachart products are used in a number of schools and universities across North America, including Harvard University, University of California, and the Eastern Illinois University. ^[4]
