Park Central Towers is a complex of two skyscrapers currently under construction in
Makati ,
Metro Manila ,
Philippines . The first building, the Park Central South Tower is already topped-off.
History
The project for the Park Central Towers was publicly announced in August 2016 by its developer
Ayala Land . It was placed under the Ayala Land Premier brand.

Architecture and design
The Park Central South Tower is a 69-storey residential skyscraper with a height of 248 metres (814 ft). It was designed by Singaporean firm SCDA Design by
Soo Chan , in collaboration with Philippine firm
Leandro V. Locsin Partners .
