Species of pitcher plant from Peninsular Malaysia
Nepenthes alba is a tropical
pitcher plant
endemic to
Peninsular Malaysia .

specific epithet alba is derived from the
Latin word
albus , meaning "white", and refers to the colour of the upper pitchers.
