Mul-T-Lock is an Israeli company that develops padlocks, combination locks and related security products. it was founded in 1973 by Moshe Dolev and Avraham Bahry [1] it is a subsidiary of Assa Abloy.

Mul-T-Lock was established in 1973 and gained popularity for its invention of the four-way lock. In 1976, Its innovative lock design garnered global recognition when marketing efforts expanded internationally in 1976. As the company experienced rapid growth, it expanded its manufacturing facilities.   [2]

By 1982, Mul-T-Lock had significantly diversified its product line to include a wide range of high-security cylinders, locks, and applications. In 1987, Mul-T-Lock established its first sales division in the United States, and in 2000, ownership transferred to Assa Abloy [3]

Mul-T-Lock expanded its global presence under ownership of under Assa Abloy; establishing sales units in Europe and entering the APAC market. The company broadened its operations by manufacturing automatic key-cutting and assembly machines for its customers.
