Michael Gangyu Kong from the Loughborough University, Loughborough, Leicestershire, UK was named Fellow of the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE) in 2012 [1] for contributions to atmospheric pressure glow discharge sources in biology and medicine.
