The Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL) presents eleven annual awards to recognize its teams, players, and coaches for their accomplishments. This does not include the three team trophies the league gives out to division champions and league champions.

Out of all of the awards, the Finals Most Valuable Player is the only one that is given out in every season of the league's existence, being first given out after the 2018 MPBL Finals. Awards such as Most Valuable Player and Defensive Player of the Year were introduced during the league's 2018–19 season.

The MPBL holds an awarding ceremony during the National Finals of every season since 2019. This is where most of the awards are given out with the exclusion of the Finals MVP and Coach of the Year, which are presented after the conclusion of the Finals.
