Lasthenes ( Ancient Greek: Λασθένης) or Leosthenion (Λεωσθένιον) or Sosthenion (Σωσθένιον) was a town of ancient Thrace, inhabited during Roman and Byzantine times. [1]

Its site is located near İstinye in European Turkey. [1] [2]
