Knezha Municipality ( Bulgarian: Община Кнежа) is a municipality ( obshtina) in Pleven Province, Northern Bulgaria. It is named after its administrative centre - the town of Knezha.

The municipality embraces a territory of 317.83 km2 with a population, as of December 2009, of 14,839 inhabitants. [1]
