Kandawale is an administrative ward in Kilwa District of Lindi Region in Tanzania. The ward covers an area of 777.5 km2 (300.2 sq mi), [1] and has an average elevation of 218 m (715 ft). [2] According to the 2012 census, the ward has a total population of 5,040. [3] The ward seat is Kandawale village. [4]
