Kabudan ( Persian: كبودان) [a] is a village in, and the capital of, Kuhpayeh Rural District [4] of the Central District of Bardaskan County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.

At the 2006 National Census, its population was 841 in 292 households. [5] The following census in 2011 counted 861 people in 293 households. [6] The latest census in 2016 showed a population of 749 people in 269 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district. [2]
