Jean-François Carenco (born 7 July 1952) is a French politician who served as Minister of the Overseas in the government of Prime Minister Élisabeth Borne from 2022 to 2023. [1] [2] Following an appointment of President François Hollande, he previously served as president of the French Energy Regulatory Commission (CRE) from 2017 to 2020. [3]
