Iris Vianey Mendoza Mendoza (born 26 August 1981) [1] is a Mexican politician and lawyer affiliated with the PRD. She currently serves as Senator of the LXII Legislature of the Mexican Congress. [2]
Political positions
She wants to fight and more penalize the violence in her country (crime, feminicides...) [3] and help the families of the victims. [4]
Controversies
The press is questioning her connection to the Knights Templar Cartel after she allegedly danced with Melissa, the daughter of Enrique Plancarte Solís. [5]
