Hutto Independent School District is a public school district based in Hutto, Texas, United States. It is one of the fastest growing districts in Texas.[ citation needed]

In addition to Williamson County, [1] it covers parts of Travis County. [2]

In 2009, the school district was rated " academically acceptable" by the Texas Education Agency. [3]
