He was named in the start list for the 2016 Vuelta a España [7] and the start list for the 2017 Giro d'Italia. [8] In July 2018, he was named in the start list for the 2018 Tour de France. [9]
He finished 70th representing Austria at the 2020 Summer Olympics in the Men's individual road race [10]
