Ge with dot below (Г̣ г̣; italics: Г̣ г̣) is a letter of the Cyrillic script, It is used in Arabic Cyrillic. Made of the letter Ge (Г г) and a dot below to represent the voiced velar fricative /ɣ/.
In some systems that transliterate Arabic to Cyrillic have the Arabic letter غ is written as Г̣. [1] [2] [3]
