Fort Kent is a hamlet in central Alberta, Canada within the Municipal District of Bonnyville No. 87, [2] located on Highway 28 approximately 32 kilometres (20 mi) southwest of Cold Lake.
In the 2021 Census of Population conducted by Statistics Canada, Fort Kent had a population of 254 living in 97 of its 105 total private dwellings, a change of -2.7% from its 2016 population of 261.
