This starlet is probably not American or even English. If the rest of you had paid close attention, the uploader of this photo also took it himself. His user page claims he is a native speaker of French, no mention about English or anything else. If I am not mistaken, I do believe he is French and this is a French celebrity, or at least a European celebrity coming to visit France. As for the lingerie and paparazzi thing, well it's Europe. It's still a Western country. If anything, many make the claim that some parts of Europe tend to be freer about sex (ex. they go on the beaches naked and no one cares). ★ Dasani★ 05:45, 25 December 2008 (UTC) reply

Ok, so what we are looking at is a European (most likely French or Swiss) celebrity. The photo was taken (at least that's what the user/author claims) in the 1979 Cannes Film festival... ok, also "Starlet" appears to by in her 20 (or early 30)... so I guess we should be looking for a 62(give or take)year old European model/actress...
