Replaceble fair use

I am unable to find replaceble fair use images of this rarae coin in the internet. Kanatonian ( talk) 18:40, 20 February 2013 (UTC) reply

Obviously, someone else was able to take a photo of it and post the photo at http://www.numismall.com/images/P/w16069.jpg so it doesn't seem to be impossible to take photos of it. -- Stefan2 ( talk) 21:06, 20 February 2013 (UTC) reply

I know but they own it and want to sell it, not many of these rare coins are available Kanatonian ( talk)

If the owner wants to sell it, why wouldn't it be possible to take a photo at the auction or in the shop? Alternatively, you could buy it yourself. The source is {{ bsr}}, so it isn't clear how or when the coin is going to be sold, but if something is available on the market, then it is usually possibly to take a photo of it. -- Stefan2 ( talk) 13:42, 21 February 2013 (UTC) reply
Alternatively, you could buy it yourself, Interesting comment, are you willing to pitch in :). In good faith, I have done a search for this particular type of coin that is subject of many research artcles and did not find any non free image of both the scripts so far. I agree with Kanatonian; there is enough doubt in this case that I think we can keep the image. Stefan is free to appeal to WP:DELREV or WP:FFD. Magog the Ogre ( t c) 18:27, 24 February 2013 (UTC) reply
