Summary

Description White-faced Ibis ( Plegadis chihi) in non-breeding plumage. During breeding season they will have a white border at the base of their bill that surrounds the eye and red legs. Taken in a field next to the Pixley National Wildlife Refuge in the San Joaquin Valley.
