Source This map was derived from one by User:AMK1211, based on Image:Blank US Map with borders.svg, which have Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 licenses. The data was derived from a public domain file ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:800px-US_states_smoking_bans-2009-06-26.png ) and not the previous versions of this file, which were significantly out of date. The Blank US Map with borders file was easier to modify the color of the individual states and was used instead of the previous versions of this file.
