English: DAHLGREN, Va. (July 25, 2007) - Personnel observe the UH-19XRW Hoverwing in ground-effect mode over the Potomac River Test Range. Unmanned military capabilities of the hybrid hovercraft and ground-effect vehicle are being investigated by a team of Dahlgren engineers and scientists in a ground effect research and development program known as Sly Fox Program Mission 9.
