Translation:

Top: Marat's triumph

Left: new song: there is only one black heart to be contradicted Marat lives Marat lives Etc.

Right: Judgment of the revolutionary tribunal: it declares Paul Marat innocent and orders him to be freed immediately.

Bottom: immotal defender of the people and their rights, he overthrew the nobles and the monarchy, founded equality upon the king’s fall out of civic virtue--let us offer him laurels.
