English: HOME OF JOHN KENDRICK, WEALTHY CATTLEMAN, GOVERNOR OF WYOMING FROM 1914 TO 1916 WHEN HE WAS APPOINTED TO THE U.S. SENATE WHERE HE SERVED UNTIL HIS DEATH IN 1933. HOME STAYED IN THE FAMILY UNTIL HIS WIFE DIED IN 1961 AND THEN WAS VACANT FOR A WHILE UNTIL THE LOCAL HISTORIC SOCIETY SAVED IT AND TRANSFERRED IT TO THE STATE
