English: The State, War, and Navy Building (also known as the Old Executive Office Building or Eisenhower Executive Office Building) located at Pennsylvania Avenue and 17th Street, NW in Washington, D.C. The building, an example of French Second Empire architecture, was constructed in 1871 and designed by Alfred B. Mullett. It was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1969.
