Summary

Description
English: Elizabeth City Belk after first extensive renovation since 1988, which radically rearranged its interior configuration, but did not affect the exterior, leaving the Southgate store as the last of the three small-mall prototypes to retain its original exterior appearance (albeit painted-over the original beige brick veneer, of which is still visible on the store's mall entrance facade.)
