English: A kayak in the streets of Miami Beach, Florida in 2009 during a king tide flood that may have been exacerbated by the stormy weather. Update, apparently there were several inches of rain to exacerbate this, but it still coincides with tidal effects and the lack of drainage even before the level where the tide is over the street. |
